hey Zendesk Team,
Looks like all documentation on the Zendesk Side that references Microsoft Azure will need to be updated in light of Microsoft changing its name. This will also mean the ZD UI needs updating as well to reflect the name change etc in the security settings

Hello Zendesk Team,
I am reaching out because we are looking to integrate SSO integration on our account and I have the following questions.
Which plan should I have to integrate SSO
Is SSO global or by individual accounts
Can we enable SSO via self-service? or do we need to create a support ticket to get help from Zendesk support to start the SSO implementation process?

Hey Erika Reategui, you should be able to set up SSO on all plan levels and it will be account wide. You can definitely set this up on your end without the need to create a ticket with our Customer Care team.
