What happens to emails that I receive while my account is suspended?
Answer
Emails sent to your support addresses while your Support account is suspended or canceled will be ignored and tickets will not be created. Once your account is active you can manually forward the missed emails to Zendesk, at which point they would generate tickets. For more information on email, see the article: Email resources.
Note: The behavior described in this article may create a discrepancy involving timestamps, as the creation date and time may be different than the date you originally received the email.
