How can I view the original recipients of a ticket I received in Zendesk Support?
- Navigate to the ticket within Zendesk Support.
- Select the drop-down arrow in line with the comment.
- Select View original email, which will open a pop-up that includes the original To: and CC: recipient emails. Along with the full email headers associated with the original email that created the ticket.
