When end users attempt to sign in to my help center, they see this error message: This page doesn't exist

Resolution steps

This error indicates the user is signing into a help center that is not active.

To verify if your help center is active

Note: You must be a Zendesk admin to activate the help center. Guide admins who are not Support admins cannot enable the help center.
  1. Click the Zendesk Products icon () in the top bar, then select Guide
  2. Check for a banner at the top of your help center that states: The Help Center isn't visible to end users until you activate it. The message also includes a link to your General settings
  3. Select General settings
  4. In Guide settings, select Activate
  5. Select Activate to confirm that you want to activate your help center

Once the help center is activated, your end users will be able to sign in successfully.
