I have both custom user and organization fields. Where can I find the field key for these custom fields?
Answer
Field keys are used for importing both users and organizations, as well as allowing you to use a custom field in placeholders and API calls.
Note: These field keys define which organization fields appear to agents next to tickets in the customizable organization cards within the Agent Workspace. Select the appropriate field keys to control what data is displayed.
