• Customer Data Lookup (Support)
  • Customer Data Lookup lets you auto-fill ticket or user fields with contextual customer data from any JSON API or SQL database.  Supports multi-step API lookups & complex flows. Think of it as your customer data webhook.  Connect securely to any API with support for all HTTP authorization methods.  Give your agents access to relevant customer information and augment your Explore reports with customer-centric dimensions.
• Flow (Support)
  • Flow increases your agents efficiency by integrating Flow services directly into Zendesk. Flow for Zendesk allows your agents to focus on the conversation and not the tools; get the features, information and automation you need inside Zendesk to be more productive and provide an excellent customer experience.  Display essential customer information before the interaction even begins, enabling a personalized and well informed customer interaction.  Receive or make calls (including click to dial) inside Zendesk without having to install a separate app.
• Clearwater (Theme)
  • Clearwater is an ultra-modern Zendesk theme with a wave pattern and minimalist design. The homepage features a non-standard layout with custom blocks that overlap the hero unit.
• Flagstaff (Theme)
  • Flagstaff is a modern, responsive and mobile-friendly Zendesk theme. It feautures navigation bar allowing easy access to categories or sections in every page of the Help Center. The homepage boasts flexibility to display custom blocks, video blocks, header and footer. Multi-language and dynamic content are supported.
• London (Theme)
  • London features up to eight custom blocks on the homepage with categories displaying sections or articles on the homepage. Hero unit offers flexibility to use image or video background, category navigation on the header to allow easy access to sections and articles from every page in the Help Center.
