It's very difficult to tell what some of these mean.
"[Classic] Lazy load Chat embed within Web Widget (Classic)" - what exactly is this referring to? We've had some issues recently that are pointing to networking changes on Zendesk's side and I'm trying to suss out what potential change is causing them. Is there anywhere we can get details of what these updates did?

The "[Classic] Lazy load Chat embed within Web Widget (Classic)" - only means that the chat function can be loaded easily within the web widget which comes with the term "lazy".
Chat can be loaded within web widget by simple options as long as you have chat enabled.
