What are my options for viewing and extracting my account's Zendesk Talk data?
Zendesk Explore offers a Talk dashboard that allows you to analyze your Talk activity. You can also create your own custom reports.
Additionally, you can use the Incremental Exports API to export a complete list of information on inbound and outbound calls from your Zendesk Talk instance. You can use this API to periodically (incrementally) fetch items that have been created or updated since the previous export.
The Incremental Exports API is available on the Talk Team plan and above, as well as the Zendesk Suite Team plan and above.
