Issue symptoms
I can't integrate Jira and Zendesk Support at the account verification step. The Zendesk subdomain is pre-filled, not editable, and does not show the preferred Zendesk Support instance.

Conditions
- The Jira instance you want to integrate is a copy of another Jira instance already integrated with a different Zendesk Support instance
- You uninstall the add-on and then reinstall it, but the problem persists
Resolution steps
- In the home directory of the Jira instance you want to integrate, rename the file
zendesk_plugin.properties- Rename it to a different file name, such as:
zendesk_plugin.properties.bak - A reinstall creates a new
zendesk_plugin.propertiesfile
- Rename it to a different file name, such as:
