How can my leads and end users chat with my team? Do I need another Zendesk product to allow my sales reps in Sell to chat with potential leads? If I already have the Chat product, can I use the functionality within Sell? Can I use Zendesk Chat for both Sell and Support products?

Zendesk's Chat product can be used by your agents in Support as well as your sales reps in Sell.
Set up the Zendesk Sell-Chat integration to allow your sales reps to live chat with leads and contacts without having to leave the Sell product.
If you use the Sell product but do not have a Chat subscription, start a free Chat trial from the Zendesk Products icon and install the Zendesk Sell for Chat and Zendesk Chat for Sell apps to use the integration.
