I shut down my computer after my shift but I still got missed calls when I opened Zendesk the next day. Does shutting down the computer automatically set the Talk status to offline?
Answer
No. Shutting down your computer will not automatically set your status in Talk to offline. You need to set your status manually. This also applies to the unified agent status in omnichannel routing.
