Why is drill in function not saving on my dashboard?

I am trying to enable drill in on my dashboard, but after publishing the changes, the Enable drill in option goes back to being unselected. Why is it not saving?

Answer

The decompose and drill in features can't be used and won't be enabled if you are using live data widgets on your dashboard.
