The following Services are Innovation Services under the Zendesk Customer Agreement:
- Zendesk Contact Center - Innovation Services (also referred to as "Contact Center - Innovation Services"); and
- Forethought AI Agents and any Forethought AI Agents Add-Ons, including without limitation, Forethought Discover, Forethought Multibrand and Forethought Analytics API (collectively “Forethought AI Agents”).
