Why are my macros not sorting alphabetically?

I've deactivated the macro setting Manual ordering in Admin Center. Why are my macros still not sorting alphabetically?

When the Manual ordering macro setting is deactivated, it sorts the list of macros alphabetically. By default, the URL parameter sorts only 100 macros per page.

For accounts using more than 100 macros, you can fix this by changing the URL parameter per_page=100 to the number of macros in the account. See the example URL below.
