Why are images broken in an article suggested by the bot?

Answer

If an article is restricted, the email client of the user won't be able to render the restricted images in that article suggested by the conversation bot. You may have also copied over the image from an article that is restricted instead of uploading and hosting the image directly within the article.

To resolve this

• Change the article's permission so that it is visible to everyone.

Note: If the image is hosted in another article that is restricted, download the image and re-upload it directly to the unrestricted article.

• Update your triggers to remove the {{autoreply.first_article_body}} placeholder.
