- Jitsi Meeting is a fully encrypted, 100% open-source video conferencing solution that you can use all day, every day, for free — with no account needed. Jitsi Meet is an open-source JavaScript WebRTC application used primarily for video conferencing. In addition to audio and video, screen sharing is available, and new members can be invited via a generated link. The interface is accessible via a web browser or with a mobile app.
- Endear (Support)
- Endearis the all-in-one clienteling solution for omnichannel brands. Endear's cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) and messaging platform empowers two-way communication between retail sales associates and customers via text email, and WhatsApp. Endear also tracks messages and reports on which items were purchased, where the sale occurred, and any returns associated, giving you better insight and control over resulting commissions. Once connected with Zendesk, you'll see all your support tickets start to populate in Endear customers' profiles.
- Refunds (Support) (paid)
- Refundslets agents make a refund request on behalf of a customer. Ask for a refund through bank transfer, when you’re no longer able to do a refund via your PSP (Adyen, Paypal, Creditcard, or other). Approve/Reject and Export processes give your finance team the control to go in there and see the refund requests that agents make. When finance approves or rejects, the agent is instantly notified and the ticket is updated for auditing purposes.
