How long does it take for a missed chat to be created as a ticket?

Answer

Zendesk creates a ticket for chats as soon as the live chat session ends. A missed chat ticket is created when the visitor leaves the session after not being served by an agent.

Note: This is not applicable to accounts with Zendesk Agent Workspace enabled.
