Can I reorder custom ticket fields on the contact form of the Web Widget (Classic)?

Answer 

No, you cannot modify the order of custom ticket fields enabled in your contact form. As a workaround, use ticket forms for the Web Widget. Reordering fields is respected in the Web Widget (Classic) if you use ticket forms.
