This week's release notes include:
App Marketplace
New
- Predize
Predize helps you integrate your Mercado Libre and Amazon account with Zendesk Support. This allows you to centralize and streamline your customer service on major marketplaces that are integrated with your Zendesk account. Predize's integration with Zendesk means you can answer tickets from multiple marketplaces, such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, and others, in a single dashboard. - CloudPBX Connector
CloudPBX Connector is a Polish telephony operator providing advanced VoIP services for Polish companies. Integrate your CloudPBX phone system with the Zendesk Support platform, helping your support teams handle more calls effectively. Users can manage all call-related activities inside Zendesk and enrich customer interactions through call notifications and click-to-dial integration features. - Green Shipping Protection
Green Shipping Protection by Corso is an ever-developing suite of merchant services, designed to replace hassle and frustration with confidence and care. It may begin with parcel protection and carbon offsets, but it's also super effective at relieving headaches and putting minds at ease. This app for Zendesk Support helps you (the merchant) while you connect with customers, supporting you in creating claims on protected orders on behalf of your customer, enabling you to view customer orders, including those that are protected with Green Shipping Protection, and allowing you to search for orders by customer emails. - WowTo
WowTo for Support helps you bring your video knowledge base created with WowTo, inside your Zendesk support center. Now, you can have a dedicated 'Video Tutorials' category in addition to your text help article categories. Changes done inside the WowTo video knowledge base automatically sync to your Zendesk help center. - UpBrains Xtract
UpBrains Xtract is an intelligent document reader for Support that makes the content of attached images and PDFs accessible and searchable. It extracts the textual content of image and PDF attachments in a layout-preserving manner and can extract key fields from attached PDFs, images, or the content of a Zendesk ticket itself. It inserts the extracted information as an internal comment which you can configure to send the extracted information to a third-party endpoint. - Button App
Button App creates buttons that live in the Support ticket window. These buttons allow you to link out to any website, and you can use Zendesk Placeholders in your links. This pairs incredibly well with query parameters in a URL. For example, if you have your internal tool and the URL is internaltool.com, and you are on a ticket where the requester is buttonapp@greyspaceapps.com - and you have created query parameters that allow you to search a user by their email - the Button App will allow you to link directly to that profile. If you create a button that links to internaltool.com/?email={{ticket.requestor.email}}, this will pull the email from the ticket, and direct you to internaltool.com/?email=buttonapp@greyspaceapps.com.

How come there's a filter on all Explore reports on the default dataset if nothing was released?
