Occasionally Zendesk may release a critical update to solve security issues or make other important updates to your account. When this happens, you'll see the following message in the ticket interface:
When you see this message, make sure you quickly save your work and try to end all calls before the refresh occurs.
Unsaved changes that might be lost during the refresh include:
- Any in-progress updates to tickets. This includes in-progress field updates, ticket comments and replies, information you are adding into custom apps, and so on.
- Any in-progress Talk and 3rd-party telephony sessions will be interrupted.
When you're ready, click Refresh now to start the refresh or wait until the refresh happens automatically. When the refresh is complete, you can resume your work.
