RDR Bacen from Zxperience allows you to answer complaints filed in the RDR system of the Central Bank of Brazil directly from the Zendesk Support interface. Complaints filed in the RDR system generate Zendesk tickets and you can manage these tickets in the same as tickets from other channels. - Consumidor.gov from Zxperience
Consumidor.gov from Zxperience allows you to answer complaints filed on the Consumidor.gov website directly from the Zendesk Support interface. Complaints filed on Consumidor.gov generate Zendesk tickets. You can manage these tickets in the same way as other tickets from other channels.
