Layout Builder EAP sign-ups are now live!
This feature introduces no-code, drag-and-drop functionality allowing customers to create custom page layouts directly in the admin center, starting out with the Support Ticket UI. For more information on eligibility requirements and how to sign up, see Zendesk Support EAP - Layout Builder.
- Opinew Product Reviews
Opinew Product Reviews is an all-in-one app to import, collect and display beautiful reviews. Training Ticket allows managers to create training, or 'mock', tickets for their agents to practice and hone their support and operations skills. With the click of a button, managers can create a training ticket quickly from real tickets they encounter in Zendesk Support. You can organize Training Tickets into Courses and assign them in bulk - perfect for onboarding new agents, leveling up knowledge, training your team on new processes, or calibrating responses among large teams. Training Ticket is for Support.
- Reclame Aqui by Zxperience
Reclame Aqui by Zxperience allows you to answer complaints filed in Reclame Aqui directly from the Zendesk Support interface. Register multiple Reclame Aqui accounts in a Zendesk instance and support your customers from one interface.
- RDR Bacen from Zxperience
RDR Bacen from Zxperience allows you to answer complaints filed in the RDR system of the Central Bank of Brazil directly from the Zendesk Support interface. Complaints filed in the RDR system generate Zendesk tickets and you can manage these tickets in the same as tickets from other channels.
- Consumidor.gov from Zxperience
Consumidor.gov from Zxperience allows you to answer complaints filed on the Consumidor.gov website directly from the Zendesk Support interface. Complaints filed on Consumidor.gov generate Zendesk tickets. You can manage these tickets in the same way as other tickets from other channels.
