• The Chat to Messaging migration program began, with the first batch of communication going out to 1007 customers on June 08, 2023. See Announcing assisted messaging activations for more information.

• Default report filters 
  To improve loading times, a default 30-day time filter now applies to every new report created in the Support - Updates history and Support - SLAs datasets. Users can update the time range of the filter or replace it with any other filter.

Mobile SDKs

Zendesk SDKs: 2.12.0 iOS

Added

• Functionality to enable and disable upload attachments. To disable attachments for mobile devices, you must disable them for both iOS and Android.

• Animation on avatar image
• Outbound messages that were not grouped correctly

Zendesk SDKs: 2.12.0 Android 

Added

• Re-login an authenticated user when a user merge event is detected
• Functionality to enable and disable upload attachments. To disable attachments for mobile devices, you must disable them for both iOS and Android. 

Fixed

• A field that disappeared after submitting a form while offline
• Messages sent from the web that were not displaying - the messages are now displayed on both the logged-in iOS and Android conversation
• Image attachments that were not being displayed
• The blockChatInput flag that was not handled properly

• Kotlin updated to version to 1.7.21
• The ProGuard rules have been updated to ensure compatibility with the default R8 mode enabled by Gradle 8
