- LoudHippo (Support)
LoudHippo lets you add a post-purchase survey to your eCommerce order confirmation page to fill in the gaps in your marketing attribution. Zendesk's integration allows agents to see the customer's last survey response to help bring more context to the conversation. You can see this in the sidebar to the right in the Zendesk ticket admin. Customers are matched using their email address.

FastBill App by LEAFWORKS automatically checks and links clients from Fastbill directly to Zendesk tickets. An automatic search for the user's backend ID, name, phone number, and email is carried out for each new ticket. If no data is found, agents can connect customers manually via search. You can preview invoices and estimates and link them to a ticket without having to download them.

Consulta CEP Enderço Brasil is a powerful tool that allows Zendesk Support agents to easily retrieve address information based on Brazil's Postal Address code (CEP) from the viacep.com.br API.
- Shipped Suite (Support)
Shipped Suite makes it easy for any merchant to offer shipping protection and carbon offsets, which increases profits, purchase conversion, and customer satisfaction. Easily see all shipping information in one place via the Zendesk Support ticket sidebar. - The Explore formula validator
The Explore formula validator now warns users about incorrect data types used in calculations. The warning messages are returned to users in real-time as they write or edit calculation formulas, preventing them from saving incorrectly configured calculations and resulting in more accurate and faster reports.
