How do I restrict access to a category or section of my knowledge base?
Answer
There isn't any access setting at the category or section level. Article settings control the overarching access. To restrict access to a category or section, all articles within that category or section must be restricted using the Viewing permissions field.
If no article settings within a category or section display Visible to everyone, then that same category or section is hidden.
