Sometimes spreadsheets pasted in an email appear to be cut off. Why am I unable to see the full body of an inbound email in a ticket?
Inbound emails are limited to 64kB. For any email tickets that contain a table, spreadsheet, or text where the total size of the comment is greater than 64KB, the comment will be cut off to the point it reaches 64KB.
To view the full email, use the view original email option in the ticket. The original email will appear in a new window.
