- NotifyMe allows you to create and receive ticket alerts in the Zendesk agent workspace. NotifyMe is a lightweight notification and reminder application designed to help you stay organized and on top of your tickets.
- The Ralph theme has a clean, neat, and modern layout and comes with all the necessary features to help you bring your help center vision to life. The theme offers features such as a customizable page layout, an easily customizable homepage, image boxes, custom header and footer links.
- Opencart Multistore seamlessly integrates your Opencart store with Zendesk, enhancing the accessibility of customer information within the Zendesk platform. The application consolidates comprehensive customer details, encompassing their name, registration date, total sales, rewards, group, country, and addresses. Additionally, it offers a comprehensive breakdown of all customer orders, including order numbers, statuses, creation dates, and a detailed financial summary comprising subtotal, tax, shipping, discounts, and grand total.
- Markprompt AI Draft Composer is an AI chatbot creation platform that empowers businesses to build and customize chatbots in minutes, with no setup required. With Markprompt, you can create enterprise-grade chatbots that feel like a natural extension of your brand while leveraging powerful features to improve user engagement and streamline customer support.
- Out-of-Office by Saasly enhances the agent experience by handling customer queries sent to unavailable support agents. Agents have the capability to set out-of-office status for future dates, enabling them to plan ahead. Agents can define a customized response automation rule for their out-of-office status. During the agent's absence, ticket assignments are restricted until their return.
- ImpulSIS para WhatsApp is a friendly and intuitive app for sending tailored messages and campaigns. Customer service agents will be able to send active messages via WhatsApp using the official Meta APIs, one at a time or in bulk, directly from the Zendesk Support screen.

Added admin settings for auto translations in the agent workspace (released October 31st, 2023) for messaging customers.
Fixed
- Unhid the "Account" setting and hide the "Zendesk support" tab for OCB + MADE (new customers on messaging). Customers are not using Chat.
Guide & Gather
New
- Adding an extra directive includeSubDomains in a security header returned by the application to prevent the browser from using HTTP to access the domain or any of its subdomains. More about our data security here.
- Improved integration with third-party editors for the Guide media library

- Group SLA policies enhanced with support for more condition types.

Fixed
- Fixed a bug that prevented the removal of shared phone numbers for users with no email addresses.
Zendesk Bots
- You can now customize the bot avatar image. This can be done during bot creation or via bot settings. Learn more.
