How can I find tickets with big attachments?
Answer
It is not possible to pull a list of tickets by attachment size. However, you can use the search operator has_attachment:true or Zendesk APIs to pull a list of all tickets that have attachments.
Note: Private attachments are available in messaging tickets for end users and ticket assignees. These attachments provide a higher level of security and users have limited access to these types of attachments.
