Can I use HTTP
links in the signature of my agents?
Answer
Sometimes end users' replies can be marked as spam if their emails include a notification sent from Zendesk containing marketing, sales, or any insecure link.
Ensure that hyperlinks in the agent's signature, triggers, automations, and dynamic content use HTTPS
instead of HTTP
or WWW
. Zendesk scans hyperlinks, and tickets with HTTP
or WWW
will likely be suspended.
Additionally, we recommend avoiding sales and marketing links in the agent signature, if you expect to communicate with Google or Yahoo emails. These could be blocked due to a recent rollout to reduce spam.
