Is there a way to access timestamps or logs that show when an agent signed in?

Answer

For Suite and Support Enterprise plans, review your audit log to see timestamps related to your agent's sign-in activity. Select Signed in as the Activity type and select Team member under Item > Type to filter the results to show logs about agents. Use the Names field to view a specific agent's sign-in information.
