Is it possible to create a view for tickets created from side conversations?
Answer
Yes, you can create a view for side conversation tickets. In your view, use the Ticket > Channel | Is | Side conversation condition to capture this.
You can combine this with other conditions. In the example below, the view shows unassigned and open tickets created from side conversations.
- Ticket > Channel | Is | Side conversation
- Ticket > Status | Is | Open
- Ticket > Assignee | Is | -

I don't have the option for channel in my views. Was this option taken away?

Also the screenshot shows Status is Solved but the article says Status is Open. What is correct?

This only works if you enable Turn on child tickets on the side conversations page. Very frustrating if you don't want to enable this functionality but still want a view.

Joey, I do have Turn on child tickets turned on, yet I do not have an option for Channel is side conversation. Francis Casino is this still an option? We have loads of side conversations that are not Marked done which I would like to chip away at.

Very frustrating unfortunately, child tickets are on, side conversations view is toggled on yet still no option to bring these side conversations into a view. Has this been solved yet or has the option been removed entirely?
