Yes, you can create a view for side conversation tickets. In your view, use the Ticket > Channel | Is | Side conversation condition to capture this.

You can combine this with other conditions. In the example below, the view shows unassigned and open tickets created from side conversations.

  • Ticket > Channel | Is | Side conversation
  • Ticket > Status | Is | Open
  • Ticket > Assignee | Is | -
