the current stance from support within Zendesk for permission requirements for Entra Graph API Permissions is to review a Microsoft article for setting it up. the only issue is with the introduction of graph api's the document is out dated. is there anyone that knows the least permission that Zendesk needs for setting up SSO with Entra ID Saml application, i would appreciate it.
