My admin changed the account password expiration to Never. However, agents still receive password expiration notifications. Was the new policy applied?
Answer
This is expected behavior. The setting doesn’t change passwords that are already set to expire. Those passwords will still expire. After agents change their passwords, the next passwords won’t expire.
Note: If you add an expiration policy, passwords that were set the policy duration ago, for example 90 days ago, will expire.
