In Explore, why are my bookmarks and links to reports not loading?

Answer

Some older bookmarks may still use the previous Explore report URL path featuring the /query segment. For example: https://yoursubdomain.zendesk.com/explore#/pivot-table/connection/13569211/query/190571061.

To access the report, update your bookmarks to the new URL path that uses the /report segment. For example: https://yoursubdomain.zendesk.com/explore#/pivot-table/connection/13569211/report/190571061.
