When adding carousels to your dialogues, there are a few things to keep in mind since Zendesk Chat has its limitations in terms of supporting rich format messaging.

- The image will render rectangularly with the longest side being the horizontal side.
Image cropping will happen to bring the image to a 2*1 ratio (width*height), from the center.
