Mobile SDKs

iOS

New:

  • Implemented support for private attachments in conversations, enhancing the security and confidentiality of shared data.
  • The article viewer now supports accounts with custom domains. The article URL detection has been improved to display help center articles within the native article viewer, regardless of the domain used.

Fixed:

  • Fixed an issue where documents sent could not be opened, ensuring a smoother user experience when sharing files.
  • Resolved a critical crash issue that could occur with the Observable object, enhancing overall application stability.
  • Fixed issues with memory that occurred during the SDK initialization. This fix improves the management of unused references, leading to better memory usage and performance.

 

Android

New:

  • Added a new event error ZendeskJwtExpiredException has been added in ZendeskEvent.AuthenticationFailed to allow for better error handling.

  • Fixed an issue where some metadata field values would trim leading zeros.
  • Fixed an issue where a form input field would be cleared if scrolled out of the view.
  • Fixed an issue where sent images were being duplicated.
  • Fixed an issue where the CSAT message would cause a crash with push notifications.
