My report contains a large amount of data, and I'd like to organize it in a specific way. How can I sort the results of my report in Explore?
Answer
Result manipulation in Explore allows you to sort the results of your report based on your specific needs.
To sort the results
- Access an existing report or create a new one
- In the report builder page, click the Result manipulation (↓↑) icon. Then click the arrow beside Sort.
- Select among the sort options: A-Z, Z-A, Value ascending, Value descending, and Advanced
- Click Apply
