Answer

On the Essential plan, customers are limited to conditions and actions that are present in the default triggers.

The conditions are as follows:

  • Ticket > Assignee
  • Ticket > Comment
  • Ticket > Priority
  • Ticket > Privacy
  • Ticket > Status
  • Ticket > Ticket
  • Ticket details > Current User
  • Requester > Requester

The available actions are as follows:

  • Notify by > User email
