  • Log in to the Engage platform.
  • Navigate to the “Settings” section and select “Channels.”
  • Choose “WhatsApp” from the available options and follow the prompts to link your WhatsApp Business account.
  • Set Up a WhatsApp Template:
    • Go to the “Templates” section in the Engage platform.
    • Click on “Sync” and the templates from your WhatsApp Business account will be pulled into Engage Desktop.
