Issue symptoms

When I run zcli apps:validate to update and validate my app in the Zendesk Marketplace, I get error AxiosError.

Resolution steps

If you encounter this issue, try the following:

  • Ensure you set up your firewall to allow traffic to and from Zendesk IP ranges

  • Ensure that your VPN, antivirus or device limitation don't interfere

  • Try node v20+

Then, run zcli apps:create and run zcli apps:package.
