Have the ability to filter support requests that have been entered that are 'not solved' It would be nice to be able to look at all the Open and Awaiting your reply at the same time. This gives us a quick view of all the open tickets we have with support.
It would also be nice to be able to export these to a csv real quick for a reporting perspective. Exporting the table info, would be good for us follow up with our engineers on these tickets to get a status during internal meetings.
