To further clarify, we are lacking the following functionality for Facebook tickets:
1. "Like" individual facebook comments from customers 2. Hide certain comments from our page
Is this a feature gap or is there an add-on that will enable this that we are unaware of?

First of all, sincere apologies about the delay in our reply due to the very high volume of tickets we have.
As you might have guessed, the two options that you are suggesting are not available from Zendesk. This is why you won't be able to "Like" individual Facebook comments from customers, nor hide (or delete) certain comments from the Facebook page. At the moment, Zendesk only allows you to make comments.
However, these are very interesting features that you have mentioned there, and I would suggest you to make a feedback on it on this page. As such it will be taken into consideration by our teams.
