It would be great if I will be able to check the status of the tickets that I have listed.
I have closed by an automation/trigger/API hundreds of tickets from different groups and with different attributes/conditions over the last half-year. Now, I got a request, to check only part of the tickets if they're in closed status. I got a list of them. Unfortunately, I got only ID's and these tickets doesn't have any attributes in common.
It would be nice if I could, e.g. upload a list of tickets in CSV and I'll get back another csv with updated stats (or other standard information).
I know it could be done via API probably, but I am not so familiar that I could od it on my own.
