The ability to search across fields and organize triggers into affinity groups has been so incredibly helpful. It has really been a great change for us.
It would be wonderful if the same options could be added to the macro interface. While we can filter macros by team, we have over 300 macros at this point and it would be nice to be able to identify which would be impacted by changes to ticket fields, for example, so we can update them at the same time we make the other changes.
It would also be great to be able to have the collapsible fields so we can focus on only the necessary macros at any given point in time and not have the view refreshed accidentally (as happens when filtering if you accidentally click into a macro in the same tab instead of opening in a new tab).
Thank you for the work in the trigger space though. Bravo!
