In a ticket list view such as "Your unsolved tickets," one can easily see the status of every ticket with the color-coded squares (not to mention the way they are sorted.)
We often have several tickets open in tabs across the top of the browser window, and their status changes when an end-user responds to them or another agent updates them. I would love to see a color-coded indication of the ticket status there as well. Maybe it could look like this:
yellow=new, blue=pending, red=open
I know these colors are off, but I marked this up in MS Paint. I'm sure you guys could make it look just right.
