Current user trigger question

    Hey Jason,

    From what I can tell this will email the current user that is updating the ticket unless it's an end-user. Therefore, this trigger should only fire if it was updated by the agent and the notification would then only go to the agent.

    Awesome, thank you for the fast response Brett. That was what I was looking for, I just wanted to make sure it was going to email the agent and not the end user. Thanks again.
