It would be really great if Zendesk tickets could auto suggest common phrases/text that you regularly enter onto tickets.This would save so much time.
E.g I often say 'If you have any questions...' and would prefer to just press 'tab' to autofill the suggested rest of the sentence. Most applications (Google docs, Word, Grammarly) are smart enough to do this now.
