Change the order of the comments as an agent when viewing a ticket

    Hi everyone,

    Thanks for your feedback. This is something we already have in agent workspace but are planning to role out to non-Support+Chat users as well. We'll keep you updated with more information once we have more to share!

    Seneca Spurling you can quick jump to the end of a ticket using the 'end' key on your keyboard if you're on a PC if that helps!
