Since November last year, my team haven't been able to use the play mode feature correctly. It causes;
- skipping tickets
- not be bumped into the oldest ticket
- team members not being put into tickets they've recently actioned.
Does anyone else experience this issue?
I've reported it and it's been getting looked into for almost 9 months now but hasn't gained traction as it seems like we're the only account experiencing this issue.
Hoping some others are experiencing the same issue and can share their experience so it can get resolved and make daily operations for my team easier!
