    Thanks for chatting in!  This can be configured via Triggers, with the following conditions:

    ALL
    Ticket is Created
    Brand is X

    ANY
    Channel is Phone Call (Incoming)
    Channel is Phone Call (Outgoing)
    Channel is Voicemail

    ACTIONS

    Form Is X
